In this episode of Obsessed or Not Interested Podcast, I am talking about something that is incredibly significant for making progress in every area of your life. I am talking about consistency. This has been foundational for everything I have achieved in my life from launching my business to navigating motherhood to fitness to finances to marriage and everything in between.
I'm a big believer in just going for it and taking that initial leap, but what's really close to my heart is sticking with it, keeping that effort steady as we go along. I'll chat about why staying consistent is super important, whether we're talking about getting fit, saving some cash, nurturing relationships, or just nailing down those daily routines.
I really want you to know when I am talking about being consistent I am not talking about perfectionism. Actually perfection is the enemy of consistency. This is really about taking small actionable steps towards your goals and being more intentional with what matters to you! Be someone that will take the small steps forward and over time watch how your life transforms!

During our heartfelt conversation, Jen opened up about her and her husband’s battle with cancer, highlighting how crucial stress management, positive attitude, nutrition, and anchoring to her morning routine are things she has taken control of to help support herself everyday. She really drove home the message about the power of pacing oneself and taking life's challenges one step at a time using humor to infuse fun and laughter into everyday life. On this episode of Obsessed or Not Interested Podcast I got to chat and have a conversation with my bestie, Tara Bialek. We had a great conversation about our own fitness journeys and how they have evolved over the years. We both agreed that setting individual goals is key and that pushing ourselves too hard can lead to injuries. Tara shared her experience with high-impact workouts and how she has found a balance by incorporating walking and lifting medium weights into her routine. We also talked about the importance of keeping things simple when it comes to nutrition and fitness. Sometimes, we can get caught up in complicated diets and workout plans, but finding what works for us personally is what really matters.
