33. WAIT A MINUTE | Accountability is KEY : an invitation to you friend ❤️
Introducing my new Podcast Series called "WAIT A MINUTE" basically this series will be like voice memoing with your best friend random thoughts, rants, ideas, hot takes, and tips and all episodes will be short and sweet, 2-6 minutes each.
On this episode Mindy shares with you real quick about the two different accountability groups she is doing right now. One is fitness, nutrition, and wellness focused and the other group is focused on habits, rituals, and routines (morning routine and nightly routines). She breaks down her plan for the next 60 days that includes strength training, zone 2 cardio, and basic simple nutrition to prep for summer. She also explains how she just now launched a community she is creating to help others stay accountable to their routines and habits.
